COST MANAGEMENT

For us, Cost management consists of estimating the project at each of its phases (Sketch, APS, APD and DCE). An extensive database (which we complete) enables us to respond very quickly from the Sketch phase to enable the Client to set and control his budget. These evaluations or estimates are carried out using our database, which is updated with each new project.

 

We also draw up all the specifications and quantity surveys for the operation (Technical/Administrative Specifications, Breakdown of the Total and Fixed Price, etc.).

Our written documents are as detailed as the project requires. We receive all the lots such as (non limitative list):

 

  • ENCLOSED AND COVERED LOTS

    • Site installations,

    • Non-structural masonry,

    • Roofing and zinc work,

    • Waterproofing of terraces and/or balconies,

    • Flooring resin,

    • Hard coverings for terraces and/or balconies,

    • Exterior metalwork and ironwork,

    • Exterior metal joinery,

    • Exterior wood joinery,

    • Scaffolding,

    • Modelling,

    • Repairs,

    • External blinds.

 

  • INTERIOR FITTINGS LOTS

    • Non-structural masonry,

    • Atrier,

    • Plastering, partitions and linings,

    • Interior woodwork, doors and hardware,

    • Wooden fittings,

    • Interior waterproofing,

    • Tiles and earthenware,

    • Stone and/or marble coverings,

    • False ceiling Staff, grooves and mouldings,

    • False ceiling BA13,

    • Interior metalwork and ironwork,

    • Locksmithing and interior mirror work,

    • Painting.

    • Decorative painting.

When we receive our bids, we draw up comparative bid analysis tables, item by item, and bid analysis reports summarising the information obtained from the consultation (best and lowest bidder, alternative proposals, possible omissions in the bids, etc.).

 

Together with the project owner, we interview the companies based on the results obtained to refine the final choice. We then propose an update of the written documents to finalise the offer with the company and draw up the contract "documents".
